A transform is one request to the image serving endpoint that applies one or more operations to an image. Chaining five operations in a single URL still counts as one transform. Cached responses served from cache do not count against your quota.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
On paid plans, overages are billed at a per-transform rate at the end of your billing cycle. You can see the current overage rate in your account settings. On the Free plan, transforms are blocked once you reach the monthly limit until the next billing cycle.
The Free plan lets you explore VIUCraft without any commitment. If you need higher limits, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time. There is no separate free trial period for paid plans.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment processor Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. Your images and data are retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap. Contact us if you are interested in an annual commitment — we can discuss options for your use case.
Yes. All plans including Free have full REST API access. The Free plan uses a shared endpoint instead of a custom subdomain, but all 27+ image operations are available.
